Research
I am working on optimizing cofactor-dependent reactions in multi-enzymatic cascades. My research focuses on several ways, such as enzymatic cofactor regeneration and the use of artificial cofactors. Thus, cofactors and cofactor-dependent enzymes are modified and characterized to enable effective cofactor regeneration, reuse, and recovery.
