    • Bachelor’s thesis: De-novo synthesis of the FLAG epitope using a combinatorial DNA library as well as expression and mAB binding detection

Research

The aim of my research is to develop a process that is used for the enzymatic production of a bio-based polymer from biowaste mass and includes hydrogen recycling. The polymer is synthesized by cell-free enzyme cascades and is intended to replace the polyester PET
