Research
My areas of expertise are nutrient analysis, protein analysis and protein characterization. My research interests include the development and establishment of novel methods for the utilization of protein-rich or saccharide-rich wastewater or process water streams and the development of an innovative technology that enables the simple separation of loose proteins in a form that allows the use of the obtained protein fractions as animal feed.
