Research
The aim of my project is to produce UV-crosslinkable acrylated exo-polysaccharide (EPS) for developing a new generation of bio-based coatings. It includes:
- Metabolic engineering of microorganisms.
- Engineering of acetyl transferases.
- Conducting fermentation processes to produce modified EPS, which will be used for coating testing.
