Research
I am working on the optimization of enzymes to be used in cell-free cascades for the sustainable production of fine chemicals. For the optimization of the enzymes, (semi-)rational design or directed evolution will be combined with high-throughput methods such as microfluidics to cover a wide range of enzyme candidates.
