Research
My areas of expertise are nutritional analysis, protein analysis, and protein characterization. Development and establishment of novel processes for using protein-containing or saccharide-rich wastewater or process water streams; in addition, the development of an innovative technology that allows easy separation of loose proteins in a form that enables the protein fractions obtained to be used as animal feed are among my research interests
